Dentures

Removable partial or full dentures that replace missing teeth — important for chewing, clear speech and keeping facial shape.

What is it?

Missing teeth affect more than your smile: they make chewing difficult, slur speech, and allow facial muscles to sag. A denture is a removable appliance that replaces missing teeth. Partial dentures replace one or several missing teeth on an acrylic, cobalt-chromium or valplast base. Full dentures replace all teeth on one or both jaws. Reline services restore the fit of existing dentures.

Who may need it

  • Patients needing replacement teeth after extraction
  • Those whose existing dentures no longer fit

Benefits

Frequently asked questions

Will a denture look natural?
Yes. Modern dentures are made to match your natural tooth shade and gum colour closely.
How long do dentures last?
With good care, 5–10 years. Relining every 1–2 years keeps them fitting comfortably as your gums change.
