Klinik Pergigian Dr Feeliz ("Dr Feeliz", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal data in line with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

- Booking requests: name and phone number you enter to request an appointment. This is sent directly to the clinic's WhatsApp and is not stored on this website's server.
- Clinical data: collected in person at the clinic as part of your care.
- Analytics: anonymous usage data that helps us improve the website.
3. How we use your data
- To manage appointment requests and confirmations.
- To provide dental treatment and follow-up care.
- To send appointment reminders and relevant health information, with your consent.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with service providers essential to running the clinic (for example, dental laboratories) and where required by law.
5. Retention
Clinical records are retained in accordance with Malaysian law and professional obligations. Website booking data is not stored on the server.
6. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, and may withdraw consent for marketing at any time by contacting us.
