What is AINNA? +

AINNA is an AI system builder that runs on your own cloud server. Unlike chatbots, it builds complete automated workflows.

Do I need technical skills? +

No! We handle the entire setup. You get a ready-to-use system with documentation.

What happens after 1 year? +

You can continue with your own VPS or renew with us. The system is yours to keep.

How does Ollama Cloud work? What happens after free period? +

Free Period: Ollama Cloud is included FREE for the first month (Professional) or 3 months (Enterprise). Starter doesn't include Ollama Cloud.

After Free Period Ends: Nothing stops working! You have multiple options:

Continue with Ollama Cloud: Pay Ollama directly (~RM 100/month depending on usage)
Switch to OpenCode Go: Lower cost option with shorter session time. Great for quick tasks and cost-conscious users
Self-Host Ollama: Install Ollama on your VPS. FREE forever, but uses your server's CPU/RAM
Use Alternative Providers: OpenRouter, Together AI, Groq, etc. Pay-per-token, often cheaper
Hybrid Approach: Use free local models for simple tasks, cloud models for complex ones

Key Point: Your AINNA system works forever regardless of which AI option you choose. AI model choice is flexible and optional - no mandatory monthly fees to us!

Can I upgrade my plan later? +

Yes! You can upgrade anytime:

Starter → Professional: Pay difference (RM 200) + get dedicated VPS, longer support, custom workflows
Professional → Enterprise: Pay difference (RM 1,800) + get 2-year VPS, 3-month Ollama Cloud, 3 workflows, WhatsApp support

Upgrades are prorated - you only pay for the remaining value. Contact support to upgrade.

What exactly is"Godless Mode"? +

Godless Mode gives you full system control with no restrictions:

Exec Command: Run any shell command on your VPS
Sudo Access: Administrator privileges for system-level changes
Elevated Privileges: No artificial limits on what you can automate
Full Control: Instruct AINNA to build anything you can imagine

Note: With great power comes great responsibility. You're liable for what you build.

How does the 50% Money-Back Guarantee work? +

For Starter tier (RM 1,000):

Timeline: Request refund anytime before first month ends
Amount: Get RM 500 back (50% of RM 1,000)
Conditions: No questions asked - we don't require reasons
Process: Email support@ainna.bond with your order ID
Processing: Refund within 3-5 business days
System Return: AINNA system access returns to us upon refund
Data Handling: Your choice: (a) We help you delete all data and provide video proof, or (b) You delete it yourself with our guidance

Important: The refund means the system returns to AINNA. Your data is completely deleted (with proof provided) to protect your privacy. No hard feelings!
